Not used yet BUT

Unfortunately my first purchase was all small pieces so I was a little disappointed as I wanted to
do a slow indirect reverse sear.
But after a couple of emails I have upped my star rating from 3 to 5 as the guys at Globaltic
have gone out of their way to help me, great service and by the way I received my order very
quickly. Now it’s time to cook that tomahawk steak.
